Cool concept, bit I think the underlying photo could be somewhat crisper. The highlights could use a little more white and maybe add some sharpness/clarity. Also, I'd give the small light on his left glass a halo of it's own - not as big as the right one, but still - to fit it in the rest of the picture. Right now, it doesn't seem to belong there, but removing it would unbalance the picture.

Thanks for feedback. I somehow agree with you but ultimately this is a matter of personal post treatment and taste. I did not want to put too many halos in order to avoid distractions, but also asked myself if more should be added or not. Then I decided to leave it as it is as, per my experience, working too much on a photo very often is destructive of the end result. Thanks for sharing your opinion in all cases. Points taken.

Sure, there's definitely some truth in that! I actually also considered if another halo would be just too much, but I thought that the added balance will make up for it. What you could do is decrease the size of the right halo and add another for the left eye. That way they are not so over-prominent, but would seem more logical.

The inside of the shirt is uniform grey, perhaps the authentic texture gives a more original view of it. Great concept !
